Azusa California, February 15th,1915.
The Boara of Trustees met in reGuls.r session at 7:30 P.I.T.
Present at roll call; Barnes, Petty, Clark, Collin s.
The minutes of February 1st and Februarys 4th,1915 were
read anil approved.
Uoved by $arnes seconded by Clark that the bids for the side- �a� •
walk and curb f'or Tenth Street from Azusa. Avenue to Vernon'Avenue
be opened, read and publicly declared

The follovring bids were read by the Clerk.

to the City Attorney and the City Engineer to be reported on at
the nest meeting.

Uonmiunication was read from V.E.Klapetzky statirg that he had
paid ,x12.00 for t'sce installation of a water meter, that the meter
eras never installed and he would like to leave his money refunded.
The -City Clerk was instructed to crrite Mr Iila.petzky that the
,x12.00 }•las for. a one inch water tap and not for the installation
of a meter as the City did not sell the n.eters.
P_tty Steele stated that he believed the City was entitled
to a reduction in Gas rate, e.nd with the proper instructions from
the Board lie thought Pte could get the proper reduction.
IToved by Clark, seconded by Petty that the City Attorney confer
with the Southern Counties Gas Company and. take the necessary steps
to secure a. lower rate.

Trustee Clark offered a Resolution and moved its adoption being A y-93,
