CITY OF AZUSA
MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL
MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2014 — 4:00 P.M.
The City Council, of the City of Azusa, met in Special Session at the above date and time in the Human Resources
Department Conference Room, City Hall West Wing, located at 213 E. Foothill Boulevard, Azusa, CA 91702.
A copy of the Notice of said Special Meeting was delivered to the Mayor and Councilmembers on December 18, 2014,
between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., by City Clerk Cornejo and Office Specialist Hernandez, and e-mailed by Deputy City
Clerk Hernandez.
Mayor Rocha called the meeting to order at 4:07 P.M.
ROLL CALL: Roll call was taken by City Clerk Cornejo.
PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: GONZALES, CARRILLO, MACIAS, ALVAREZ, ROCHA
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ALSOTRESENT
Elected Officials: City Clerk Cornejo.
Staff Members: Interim City Manager Penman, City Attorney Martinez, Interim Human Resources
Director St. Peter.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None given.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council recessed to closed session at 4:08 P.M. to discuss the following item:
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.
Title: City Manager
The City Council reconvened at 9:24 p.m., Interim City Manager Penman announced that there was no
reportable action taken in closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
It was consensus of the City Council to adjourn the meeting
