Chairman: Joseph Romero Rocha Vice -Chairman: Edward J. Alvarez Boardmember: Angel A. Carrillo Boardmember: Uriel Edward Macias Boardmember: Robert Gonzales Secretary: Jeffrey Lawrence Cornejo, Jr. City Treasurer: Arthur M. Vasquez The Board Members of the Azusa Public Financing Authority of the City of Azusa met in special session at the above date and time in the Azusa Auditorium Light and Water Conference Room, located at 729 North Azusa Avenue, Azusa, CA 91702. A copy of the Notice of Special Meeting was delivered to the Chairman and Boardmembers on May 21, 2015, by Administrative Technician Juarez and e-mailed by Deputy City Clerk Hernandez. Mayor/Chairman Rocha called the meeting to order Call to Order ROLL CALL: Roll call was taken by Secretary Cornejo. Roll Call PRESENT: BOARDMEMBERS: GONZALES, CARRILLO, MACIAS, ALVAREZ, ROCHA ABSENT: BOARDMEMBERS: NONE ALSO PRESENT Elected Officials: Secretary Cornejo, City Treasurer Vasquez. Also Present Staff Members: City Manager/Executive Director Butzlaff, City Attorney/General Counsel Martinez, Department Heads, Deputy/Assistant Secretary Hernandez. SCHEDULED ITEMS Sched Items BUDGET REVIEW WORKSHOP FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016. Presentation Finance Director Paragas presented the General Fund Budget and Capital Improvement Budget for Preliminary 2015-16 Budget FY2015-16, for the City of Azusa and the Azusa Public Financing Authority, for review by the Council/Board. The Budget will be presented for consideration and approval at the regular meeting of the City Council on June 15, 2015. It was consensus of the Boardmembers to Adjourn.
