Present at roll call; Barnes, Thompson, Clark, Collins. Absent; Ratty. The minutes of February 17th and 23rd,1915 were read and approved. — Trustee Petty now present. 1 The miuntes of February 24th, and February 27th,1915 were read and approved. Coimsunication was read from the City of Sonoma regarding the Liquor Resolution. The communication was referred to the City Attorney. Communication was also read from ;1.W.O'Welveny which was referred to the City Attorney. Trustee Barnes offered a Resolution and moved its adoption being "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA A+JARDING TIME CONTRACT FOR TIP, FURNISHP_iG� OF PIPE, SPECIAL CASTINGS AND VALVES b'OR MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM IN, SAID CITY UNDER SPECIFI- CATIONS DESIGNATED AS "SECTION All. City Attorney Steele reported that there.liad been a test made of the gas, and that the gas was found to be forty or fifty heat units too low, and that he had taken the matter up with the Gas Co. %oved by Barnes, seconded by Clark that the City Engineer and the City Attorney prepare necessary proceedings of a one light Electrolier System from Orange Avenue to Cerritos Avenue on the South side of Centre Street and from Orange Avenue to Pasadena Avenue on the North side of Centre Street, and from Tenth Street to Fifth Street on Azusa Avenue, satae to be taken up under the 1911 act. liotion carried.
