The Board of Trustees of the Cit' of Azusa met in regular adjourned
meeting at 8:05 P.71L.
Present at roll call; Barnes, Thompson, Petty, Clash, Collins.
Engineer Roberts made the following teport and recommendations
on the bids for the improvement of.the Electric System.
0n furnishing poles, Weir a Jordan, were the low bidders.
The bids on poles and cross -arms, lis Roberts reco=niezided

Electric Company.

Service meters all bids rejected, and meters be purchased in
onen market on contract basis.

Bids for -doing work be rejected and the City install its ocm

dations.
