The Board of..Trustecs met in regular session at 7:30 P.M.
Present at roll. cell; Barnes, 1'hoinps8n, Petty, Clark, Collins,
The minutes of April 5th and April 12th,1915 were read and
approved.
Communications were read from The Pacific '.'lire Rope Co,
County Counsel, B.H.Vollans, wra Schade, and the Santa Pe Railroad Co,
Mr D.C. Smith was before the Board askinS that the City donate
glOO towards expenses of entering the float in the parade in Los
Angeles, .Tay 3rcl,1916.
Lioved by Barnes, seconded by Clark that the City give $100 to
assist in building the float of !Say 3rd,1915.

of W.G.Halls well property, for the sum of $10,000-00.
$5000.00 on execution of papers and clearance of property,
$4000,00 on or before August 31st, 1915, and the balance on or
before one year from date of escrow with a provision for
a

reduction
of $100 per inch for every inch which the new
well
tests less that 100 incises, down to 50 inches.
