Communications were read from The Pacific '.'lire Rope Co, County Counsel, B.H.Vollans, wra Schade, and the Santa Pe Railroad Co, Mr D.C. Smith was before the Board askinS that the City donate glOO towards expenses of entering the float in the parade in Los Angeles, .Tay 3rcl,1916.
