1rr Northrop of the Neptune iieter Company, was before the
Doa-rd and stated that it would cost about Thirty Dollars for new
parts to repair all the trident meters, that the City owned, and
that if they would let him know vrl:en they were ready. to start
repairing meters, he would loan the City an expert repair magi.
