at the above time and place Chairman Solem called the meeting to order Call to Order Present at Roll Call Directors Fry, Cruz, Moses, Roll Call Solem Absent at Roll Call Directors Decker Also Present Executive Director Dangleis, Secretary Solis and Mr Marshall Linn of Urban Futures Executive Director declared the purpose of the special meeting was to consider proposed resolutions regarding SB 99 mortgage revenue bonds Secretary certified that a copy of the Notice of Special Meeting was delivered to each of the following members of the Redevelopment Agency at the date and time as set forth
