CITY OF AZUSA
MINUTES OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
AUGUST 16, 1982 - 8:19 P.M.
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa met in
regular session at the Civic Auditorium at the above time
and date.
Chairman Moses called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: DIRECTORS: DECKER, HART, LATTA, MOSES
ABSENT: DIRECTORS: NONE
ALSO PRESENT

There being no additions or corrections, the Minutes of the
regular meeting of August 2, 1982, stand approved as
written.
Director Latta offered -a resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE ADVANCE OF ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM THE AGENCY'S LOW AND MODERATE INCOME
HOUSING FUND.
Moved by Director Latta, seconded by Director Hart and
unanimously carried by roll call to waive further reading.
Moved by Director Hart, seconded by Director Latta that
resolution be adopted. Resolution passed and adopted by
the following vote of the Agency:
AYES: DIRECTORS: DECKER, HART, LATTA, MOSES
NOES: DIRECTORS: NONE
ABSENT: DIRECTORS: NONE
Director Decker offered a resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE ICITY OF
AZUSA, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $9,525,000
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS, 1982
SERIES A AND THE AWARD OF SUCH BONDS TO MILLER & SCHROED
MUNICIPALS, INC.
Moved by Director Decker, seconded by Director Latta and
unanimously carried by roll call to waive further reading.
Moved by Director Hart, seconded by Director Decker that
resolution be adopted. Resolution passed and adopted by
the following vote of the Agency:

Director Hart offered a resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
AZUSA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING RULES AND REGULATIONS
OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE
AGENCY'S RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE FINANCING PROGRAM.

Moved by Director Hart, seconded by Director Decker and
unanimously carried to waive further reading.
Moved by Director Hart, seconded by Director Decker that
resolution be adopted. Resolution passed and adopted by
the following vote of the Agency:
AYES: DIRECTORS: DECKER, HART, LATTA, MOSES
NOES: DIRECTORS: NONE
ABSENT: DIRECTORS: NONE
The above resolutions were adopted subject to the following Conditions for
conditions: that a repurchase agreement (temporary investment appvl of Reso-
of the funds) be satisfactory to Special Tax Counsel and lutions
that the Developer, Lesny Development, accept the ultimate
mortgage rate generated by that Investment Agreement.
Moved by Chairman Moses that the Agency invite proposals Proposals for

unanimously carried by roll call to include the dairy
property into the Redevelopment Project Area.
Moved by Director Decker, seconded by Director Hart and
unanimously carried by roll call that beauty shop equipment
acquired by the Agency through property condemnation be
declared surplus property and sold at the Annual Police
Auction.
Moved by Director Hart, seconded by Director Decker and
unanimously carried by roll call to adjourn.
