The Board of Trustees met in regular adjourned session at 7:50 P.M.
(resent at roll call.; Srlith, Petty, Clerk, Collins.
Absent; Barnes.
Ifr F.C.Roberts was Oefore t.]e Board with.a report shooing that the
City should have a Balance of $1141.40 in their Municipal Electric
System Improvement Fund.
A petition containing 275 names 'protesting against the removal '. �
fron office of 1i.1;.Thostnson and Irene Barnes and asl:ii]g that they
be reinstated irvaediately was read by the Clerk.
Trustee Petty offered c Resolution and ;:roved its adoption ��•-Q. `
being "A Resolution of the Boa -_d of Trustees of the City of Azusa
crenting the office of City Auditor, appointing; an encw]bent for
such -office, prescribing his duties, proviiing for his conpensation
and repealing all. Lorraer resolutions in conflict herewith."
