The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met is regular
adjourned session at 7:40 P.M.'
Present at roll Smith, Petty, Collins. Absent Barnes, Clark
A communication was read from the Automobile Club of Southern
California asking for permission to iastall some nein road signs
inside the City limits.
It was moved by Smith seconded by Petty that the permission
be granted the Atto Club with the understanding that the work is b
be done under the supervision of the Street Superintendent.
Motion carried.

A mommunication was read from the General Electric Co.
Trustee Clark now present.
It was moved by Petty seconded by Smith that the bid of the C`Zf

City Electric Supplypply Co.Cfor the installation of Electroliers
on Centre and Azusa Avene by accepted. 0w�
Roll call Ayes: Smith,Pet�y,Clark,Collins.
Noes: None
Absent: Barnes
It was moved by Petty seconded'by Smith that the bond of the
City Auditor be approved.
Roll call ayes: Smith, Petty, Clark, Collins.
Noes: None
Absent: Barnes.
Trustee Petty offered a resolution being "ARESOLUTION OF
AWARD" and moved its adoption.
The resolution was read by the clerk and seconded by Smith.
Roll call ayes: Smith, Petty, Clark, Collins.
Noes: None
Absent: Barnes.
It was moved by Clark seconded by Petty that the meeting
adjourn. Motion carried.
