December 6th 1915
Absent: Barnes, Petty.
Mr. Eichoff was before the Board asking for the Electric
line to be extended to his house on Broadway.
It was moved by Smith seconded by Clark that Mr. Woodward
investigate the Broadway Light extension and report next
Wednesday as to the cost and as to new consumers. Motion
carried.
pI Mr. Berg was before the Board asking for a settlement of
U✓C� M. A. Stawher's account.
o A communication was read from Messmer & Rice.
Q,TI. It was moved by Clark seconded by Smith that the City
Ir700 pay the General Electric Co. $700.00 on account.
Roll call Ayes: Smith, Clark, Collins,.
Noes. None
Absent: Barnes, Petty
It was moved by Smith seconded by Clark that all the checks
of the bidders on the Electrolier Installation be returned. —
Motion carried.
The Boardic' Trustees med in regular session at 7:30 P.M. --'
Present at roll call, Smith, Clark, Collins, Absent Barnes
and Petty.
The minutes of November 15th, 17th, and 22nd. were read
and approved.
It was moved by Clark secanded by Smith that the bids on

Fire Hose be opened and read. Motion carried.
It was moved by Smith seconded by Clark that the bids be
referred to the Auditing and Finance Committee and the Fire
Chief to report their decision nex Wednesday Eveniag at M:30 P.M.
Motion carried.

Mr. J. T. Lindley was before the Board asking that a 4"
pipe line be run across Ninth Street to the Foothill Packing

House for fire protection and if the City would furnish the
pipe the Foothill Co. would pay for connecting same.
It was moved by Smith seconded by Clark that the City
furnish the pipe and a Tee for making connection to the
Foothill Packing House,

J. G. Woodward be approved. Motion carried.
Trustee Clark offered a Resolution and moved its adoption
being "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
PLANS,
PROFIJYS, AND CROSS-SECTIONS NO. "B-40 AND "B-412, FOR THE IMP-
ROITEMENT'OF DALTON AVENUE FROM ELEVENTH TO SECOND STREET
IN SAID CITY AND ALSO ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS NO,., 16 FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT CURBS IN THE CITY OF AZUSA."

Smith.

Smith.
