The Board of Trustees met in regular adjourned seosion
at 7:30 P.M.
Present at roll call Barnes, Smith, Clark, Petty, Collins.
The Finance Committee recommended the awarding of the
contract for 500 feet of fire hose to Meier Bros.
It was moved by Smith seconded by Clark that the re-
commendation of the Finance Committee be acceoiNed and the
contract awarded to Meier Bros for Bay State Hose at 80 cents
per foot.
Roll call Ayes: Barnes, Smith, Petty, Clark, Collins.
Noes: None
Absent: Nope
It was moved by Petty seconded by Smith that the Board
select an Engineer, not a friend of Mr. F. C. Roberts, to
investigate the condition of the Water and Light Systems.
Roll call Ayes: Smith, Petty, Collins.
Noes. Barnes, Clark.
Absent: None
It was moved by Clark seconded by Petty that the water
Ordinance be amended making seventy-five cents the minimum
meter rate. Motion carried.
It was moved by Clark seconded by Smith that City Attor-
ney Steele reopen the liquor case of the People vs J. Luero
in the Supreme Court.
Roll call Ayes: Barnes, Smith, Petty, Clark, Collins.
Noes: None
Absent: None
It was moved by Barnes, seconded by Clark that the
meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
