The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the above date and time in the Civic Auditorium. Chairman Moses Called the meeting to order. ROLL CALL PRESENT: DIRECTORS: DANGLEIS, MADRID, NARANJO ALEXANDER, MOSES ABSENT: DIRECTORS: NONE ALSO PRESENT Interim General Counsel Barbosa, Executive Director Garcia, Redevelopment Director Steel, Redevelopment Project Manager Forintos, Department Heads, Secretary Solis, Deputy Secretary Toscano. THE CITY COUNCIL CONVENED JOINTLY WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AT 11:09 P.M. Call to order Roll Call Also Present Cncl Convene w/CRA JOINT PUBLIC HEARING - on proposed sale of certain real Jnt Pub Hrg property in the Azusa Central Business District Sale Prop Redevelopment Project. CBD The Mayor/Chairman declared the Hearing open. The City Hrg open Clerk/Secretary read the affidavit of proof of publication of notice said Hearing published in the Azusa Herald on January 20th and 27th, 1993. Moved by Councilman/Director Dangleis, seconded by Hrg Cont to Councilman/Director Madrid and unanimously carried by roll 2/15/93 call to continue the Joint Public Hearing until February 15, 1993. THE CITY COUNCIL RECESSED -AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Cncl recess CONTINUED AT 11:10 P.M. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION Pub Prtc Messrs. Art Morales and Ron Legault, presented questions A.Morales & regarding Centennial Square and Krems property. R. Legault re. Cent Sq. They were advised that due to the late hour, these items & Krems Prop will be addressed at another meeting. The CONSENT CALENDAR consisting of Items I -3a through I -3e, Cons Cal was approved by motion of Director Madrid, seconded by apvd Director Dangleis, and unanimously carried by roll call 13c spec with the exception of Item I -3c, which was considered under call Special Call portion. a. The minutes of the regular meeting of January IS, Min apvd 1993, were approved as written. b. The Agency previously approved an Owner Proposal Participation Agreement with Southwest Portland manufacture Cement/Transit Mixed. The Agreement required the of concrete Agency to consent to all uses which were not specifically cited in the forms for OPA. Legault Participation Agreement with Fibre Fuels. comments It was then moved by Director Dangleis, seconded by Director Naranjo and unanimously carried by roll call to approve resolution entitled: RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AN OWNER Res #93-R7 PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND FIBRE FUEL OPA, Fibre PRODUCTS, INC.
