The hoard of 'Trusteos of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at 7:30 P.H.
Present at roll call Barnes, Robinson, Teraplin, Case, Roach.
Absent. :Ione.
A co;miunication was read from Wm Guthrie which was reforrerl
to the City Attorney.
It was moved by Barnes seconded by Robinson that the City Clerk
write to the people to whom we owe money , sending a copy of our
financial condition and stating that this will be covered by the
next tax levy. Notion carried.
Mr. 7. J. Evans was before the Board representing the Fire
Q ✓ ,j1j Department and asking that the City allow two or three dollars for
7 µ each fire to be used for cleaning and taking case of the fire
apparatus. Ile also asked that the toilet be removed frora the fire
rooa.
It was moved b;; Case seconded by Barnes tha t this matter be
referred to the Public Works Coimuittee with power to act. notion
carried.
A petition was read asking thpt the Board stop the Foothill
Assn. from running their wash water from the Packing House dorm
f Pasadena Ave, vdiie;h was referred to the Board of Health.
It eras moved by Case seconded by Templin that a separate Fund
be aide for the money collected from the Contractoo for the in
cidenta.l expenses of street work. ',;lotion carried.
A communication was read from John Alexander asking that he
be placed on a monthly salary of 175.00
It was moved by Case seconded by Templin that this request be
granted mr. Alexander.

^rustee Barnes offerred a resolution and moved its adoption
being "A RESOLUTION OF TIE BOARD Or, TRUST -KEDS OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS".
The resolution was read by the Clerk and seconded by Robinson.

perchase the one extra Electrmlier Glage from the Engstrwn CO.
