Mr. J. T. Lindley we.c mfore the hoard acting that a permit
he granted the Azusa Foothill Co. to connect with the server
system on Alameda Avenue .for the purpose of careing for the
wssh water from the Packing house.

It was moved by -Case seconded by Barnes that the Cite Attorney
draw up an amcyi mient to the Doggy Tan Ordinance making it a
misdemeanor not to pay dog tan within thirty days after the
first of October. Motion carried.
Trustee Robindon offered a resolution being a. resolution of
the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa providing for the
Transfer of Certain funds.
The resolution was read by the Clerk and seconded by Barnes.
