November 20th 1916
The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in regula
session at 7:30 P.M. Present at roll call Barnes, Robinson,
Templin, Case, Roach.
The minutes of November 6th, 1916 were read and approved.
City Attorney Steele present his resignation to the Board..
It was moved by Robinson seconded by Case that the resig-
nation be accepted. Motion carried.
A communication was read from Baker & Son filing a claim
against the contractor on Soldano Avenue.
It was moved by Templin seconded by Barnes that the com-
munication be referred to the Street Superintendent. )lotion
carried:
Mr. N. G. Hall was before the Board asking that the Board'.
give him an approved demand, payable at some future date, for
the balance the City owes him.
It was moved by Case seconded by Templin that this demand'_
be given Mr. Hall for $665.63 as payment in full for the
Hall Well. Motion carried.
Mr. Maurice Jone was before the Board asking that he
be allowed to install some new pipe fittings in the Park.
It was moved by Case seconded by Barnes that the matter
be referred to the Public Works Committee with power to act.
Motion carried,
Mr. Sterns, representing Messmer & Rice, was before
the Board asking for a final settlement of their account.
It was moved by Case seconded by Templin that the bill
be laid over until the next regular meeting for final adjust-
ment. Motion carried.

e of installing a culvert on Sierra Madra Ave be referred to the
Public works CoumAttee with power to act. notion carried.
It was moved by Barnes seconded by Case that the fol-
lowing bills be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for
the same.

It was moved by Barnes seconded by Templin that the meeting..
adjourn until Teusday Nov. 21st, 1916 at 7:30 P.M. Motion
carried.
