Present at roll call, Barnes, Robinson, Templin, Case, Roach. It was moved by Case seconded by Templin that the meeting adjourn until Tuesday December 5th, 1916 at 7:30 P.M. The resolution was read by the Clerk and seconded by Barnes Roll call Ayes: Barnes, Robinson, Templin, Case, Roach.
