It was moved by Barnes seconded by Rubinson that Trustee Case act as Temporary Chairman. Motion carried. Present at roll call Barnes, Robinson, Tem3lin, Case. Absent Roach .It wvas moved by Templin seconded by Barnes that the meeting adjourn until Monday March 12th, 1917 at 7:30 P.M. Motion carried. City Clerk March 12th, 1917 The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in regular adjourned session at 7:35 P.M. Present at roll call Robinson, 'Templin, Base, Roach Absent: Barnes. - President Roach explained to the representatives of the Azusa Irrigating Co. and. the Contract hater Co. that the object of the meeting was to discuss the power rate for pumping plants. Engineer James E. Barker explained the schedule that he had drawn up and the matter was discussed by both sides. It was moved by Case seconded by Templin that the ordinance being "AN ORDINANvCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTIMS OF THE CITY OF AZUSA PROVIDING FOR THE, REGULATION OF THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM OF SAID CITY AND ESTABLISHING THD. RATE2 FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE BY SAID CITY AND'REPEALING ORDINANCE NO 114 IN RELATION THERETO", be taken up for the first reading. Motion carried. The Ordinance was read by the Clerk. It was moved by Robinson seconded by Templin that the ordinarm be declared read for the first time. Motion carried. It was moved by Case seconded by Templin that the following bill be allowed. ELECTRIC FUND 1291 James E. Barker, Labor $121.85 It was moved by Robinson seconded by Templin that the meet- ing adjourn until Monday March 19th, 1917 at 7:30 P.M. Motion carried. City Clerk
