Present at roll call Barnes, Robinson, Templin, Case; Roach and the City Clerk A colmunication was read from the Chamber of Commerce which- wus i ordexea filed. A petition protesting against the improvement of Eleventh Street was read and presented by Lir. Mur ay Vosburg. It was moved by Barnes seconded by Robinson that the protest � on Eleventh Street be overruled. Rol'l'call Ayes: Barnes, Robinson, Templin, Case, Roach Noes: None Absent: None e Trustee Case offered a Resolution ana moved its adoption 0-01 % being ''A RESOLUTION OP THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA J ORDERING CERTAIN STREET WORK TO BE DONE ON A PORTION OF ELEVENTH STREET IN JAID CITY AND DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT THE GOST THEREOF AND DECLARING TIME WORK OR II:PROVE°' MEET TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT AND THAT THE EXPENSE OF SAID WORK OR IISPEOVEMEBT SHALL BE ASSE::SED UPON A DISTRICT.'' The Resolution was read oy the Clerk and seconded by Robinson Roll call Ayes: Barnes, Rouinson, Templin, Cease, Roach Noes: None Absent: None The resolution as pahsed is No. 509 It was moved by Case seconded by Templin that the Purchasing / Committee buy a flag for the City Hall. Roll call Ayes: Barnes, Robinson, Templin, Case, Roach Noes: None Absent: None It was moved by Case seconded by Barnes that the Public Works Co;:vnrcc�e with Trustee Robinson be given the power to move the building and install the foundation for the motor at the new pump.
