A communice..tion was read from Byron Jackson Iron Works ob- jecting to the terms of the contract for the e.. -change of mot- ors. The matter was referred to James E, Barlcer for adjust - rent. A comriunication was read from the Railroad Commission en- closing a letter from ur. Pontius regarding the fare from Azusa to Puente Largo. It was roved by Barnes seconded by Robinson that the Cleric write the Railroad Commission stating that the rate as stated in Mr. Pontius' communication of April 10th, 1917 is satis- factory to this Board. Also corar:,uiicate to Lar. Pontius our oo appreciation of his granting this rate. Notion carried. It was roved by Case seconded by Templin that the Presiclert. " and Clerk be authorized to enter into an agreement with the Azusa Ice & Cold Storage Co. in compliance with the recoruaen- dations -submitted by James E. Barker as Consulting Engineer. The rate being $3.00 per calenaar month per kilowatt of Con- sumer's -ma_tinitmr dentand plus rate of 2 cents per xilawatthour for all energy used.
