The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in reC-vlar
session at 7:30 P.M.
Present at roll call Barnes, Robinson, Templin, Case, Rouen
City_Attorney and City Clerk
The Minutes of June 6th, 1917 were read and approved.
A colmuunication from P. I. Hclnturff asking for refund of
his taxes on account of Soldier's Exemption was referred to the
City Attorney. O��—
T. S. Oki made applice.tion for a renewal of his pool room
license for the quarter coimiencing July lot 1917.
It was moved oy Barnes seconded by Case that 1Xr. Oki us
granted the license. Motion carried.
It was moved by Rouiueon sedonued oy Templin that the City
of Azusa rent the use of the water is is entitled to on forty
seven shares of stock of the Azusa Agricultural water Co., 8
shares to w. A. Randall. 14 shares to h. 11. Hatney, 10 shares
to J.H.R. Dalton and 15 shares to B. A. Stephens for use on their
land in the City of Azusa for the present irrigating-seaeon fox
the sum of -*1.50 per share, payable in advance, together with.
payment to said Water Co Of all its charges on same and subject
to the terms of Orain.aice No. J.86 of the City of Azusa.
