A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN CORPORATION GRANT
DEED AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That certain Corporation Grant Deed executed
by Richfield 011 Corporation under date of May 17, 1957, conveying
to the City of Azusa an easement for street and highway purposes
over certain property therein described for portions of Citrus Avenue
and Gladstone Street is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 17th day of June, 1957.
