RESOLUTION No. 3598
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM
THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES FOR A COMMUNITY
RECREATION PROGRAM.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. Request is hereby made to the County of
Los Angeles for financial assistance in the sum of $3,167.00
for a Community Recreation Program during the fiscal year
commencing July 1, 1957, through a Community Recreation Agreement.
SECTION 2. That the City of Azusa is willing, if such
request be granted, to provide a budgetary appropriation for said
program in the amount of three dollars or more for every dollar
of County money devoted to said program.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
bf this Resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to
the Department of Park and Recreation of the County of Los Angeles.
Adopted and approved this 15th day of April, 1957.
