RESOLUTION NO. 3851
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain Quitclaim
Deed executed by Roydon Vosburg, under date of February 23, 1956,
granting to the City of Azusa the property therein particularly described
is hereby accepted. Said property is described as an undivided 5/36ths
interest in that certain parcel of land, in the City of Azusa, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, bounded as follows:
On the west by the easterly lines of Lots 11 to 15 inclusive
of Tract No. 17575, as shown on map recorded in Book 500 Pages 43 and
44 of Maps, records of said County; on the north by the southerly line
(and prolongation thereof) of Lot 16 of said Tract No. 17575; on the'
east by the westerly line of Lot 78 of Subdivision No. 2 Azusa Land
and Water Co., as shown on map thereof recorded in Book 43 Page 94 of
Miscellaneous'Records, records of said County, said westerly line being
also the easterly line (and prolongation thereof) of the 16 foot wide
alley as shown on said map of Tract No. 17575; and on the south by the
northerly line of the tract of land described in the deed to the City
of Azusa, recorded April 13, 1900 as Instrument No. 9 in Book 1351
Page 310 of Deeds, records of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code, and to cause the
said Quitclaim Deed and said Certificate to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 2nd day of February, 1959, by the following
vote of the Council:
