AZUSA AND C°& M HOMES •.AND 'AUTHORIZING,THE;MAYOR TO SIGN AND THE CITY CLERKTO ATTEST SAME:' The City Council of•the.City:of+*Azusa 'does resolve as follows: BE" IT'RESOLPED THAT that certain Agreement and Application for Installation, of Water kain`'d'ated April 17, 1959, between the City of Azusa -Water Department and C &,M HOMES the original of. which is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Azusa,, be -.and the same.is hereby approved; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Council of the City of Azusa hereby approve said.contracb'and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest the same and.deliver a copy thereof to G & 2f HOMES BE IT.FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Mayor shall sign the Resolution and the City'Clerk shall attest the same and certify to the passage, and adoption thereof.. MAYOR of the City • Azusa Mail CITY OF AZUSA WATER DEPARTMENT CONSUMER'S AGREEMENT AND APPLICATION FOR INSTALLATION OF WATER MAIN and Foothill FOR CITY USE ONLY Dia Pipe I Location I From To The undersigned hereby makes application in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No..�oc for the installation of a water main or the extension of a water main from the nearest existing City water main as determined by the Water Superintendent, to supply water to the property of the undersigned de- scribed as follows: N. 1806 LotNo Block......................................Tract- .O..... -...-.3..---............................................................ (If Portion of a Lot or Unsubdivided, Describe Here) and agrees to pay the total cost for the installation of said water main, including pipe, gate valves, fittings, materials, appurtenances, labor, supervision, engineering, rental of City -owned equipment and tools, and overhead expenses, necessary and required to complete the same in accordance with the plans and specifi- cations of the Water Department, the estimated cost of which is...., and which amount accom- panies this application, however, it is agreed and understood that the undersigned shall pay the full amount of the final costs of the completed work and will pay to the City the difference if the final costs exceed the estimated costs within 30 days from the date a statement therefor is rendered by the City, and likewise the City shall refund to the undersigned within 30 days the difference if the final costs are less than the esti- mated costs. It is further agreed that when such water main and appurtenances have been completed it shall there- after be the sole property of the City of Azusa and maintained and operated by it and at its own cost and expense. .
