HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 3797RESOLUTION NO. 3797 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT DEED. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby find and determine that the property described in Exhibit A, which is attached to this resolution and by this reference made a part hereof, is no longer needed for the public purpose for which it was acquired or for any other public purpose and that the public con- venience and necessity require that the same be conveyed as hereinafter authorized. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to execute on behalf of andin the name of the City of - Azusa a Grant Deed conveying that certain real property described in said Exhibit A to John Daniel and Frances L. Daniel, husband and wife, and Jack C. Lee and Barbara A. Lee, husband and wife, each as to an undivided one-fourth interest as tenants in common and as their res- pective separate property. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
