HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 37400 RESOLUTION NO. 37+0 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA REQUESTING THE STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION TO PERMIT THE TAX COLLECTOR OF AZUSA TO EXAMINE CERTAIN SALES AND USE TAX RECORDS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The State Board of Equalization is hereby requested to permit the Administrative Officer of the City of Azusa, who is ex -officio tax collector of the City, or any duly authorized deputy or employee of such officer, to examine all of the sales and use tax records of said Board pertaining to sales and use taxes collected for the City of Azusa by said Board pursuant to contract entered into between them under the Bradley -Burns Uniform Local Sales and Use Tax Law. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. Adopted and approved this 7th day of April, 1958.
