Dr; Hill was before the Board as a re- :presentative of the committee appointed to care of the Distressed worth poor of the City of Azusa, stating that ehe thouglit it a. good idea for tine Council to appoint some one to represent this City at the County Welfare Meetings. It was moved by Case seconded by Templin thea tars. Hill be appointed to represent the City of Azusa at the County Welfare her the credentials Meetings and the Clerk furnish with proper under the seal of the City. Motion carried. The applicat:ien of A. P. Thompson asking for a raise in r'rages of 25 cents per day was read, I It was moved by Case seconded by Robinson thst the .request be granted. One Trustee Templin offered a resolution A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TRIS CITY OF AZUSA ORDERING CERTAIN S-11 STRrrT `!ORK TO BE DOiTE ON A PORTION OF ELEVENTH STRrE7 OF SAID CITY, etc. The resolution was read by the Clerk It was moved by Barnes seconded by Robinson that the resolu- tion be adopted as read.
