RESOLUTION NO. 4000
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASE-
MENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve
as follows:
That certain Grant of Easement executed by
Santiago C. and Aurora A. Palacio
under date of the 18th day ofJanJanua�r , 19 60 , granting
to the City of Azusa, a Municipal �orporatio�nin Los Angeles
County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to
construct, use, maintain or remove in, on and over the real
property hereinafter described, situate in the City of Azusa,
Los Angeles County, California, an electric line consisting
of poles, etc. for 'conveying electric energy to be used for
light, heat, power and/or other purposes. Said real property
is described as follows:
The south 15 feet of the land described as:
The westerly 50 feet of the easterly 350 feet
of Lot 12, Block C, Subdivision No. 1 of lands
of Azusa Land and Water Company, in the City of
Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in book 16 pages 17 and 18
of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the
county recorder of said county. EXCEPT the
southerly 165 feet thereof.
Deed: #1389 Recorded September 17, 1957
Record Owner: Santiago C. Palacio and Aurora A.
Palacio, husband and wife as joint
tenants.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the
same to be filed for record in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 18th day of January , 1960 .

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly.adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a
regular Council meeting thereof held on the 18th day of
January , 19 60 , by the following vote of Council:
