Present. :t roll call Parnes, Robinson, Ternplin, Case, Roach, City Attorney and City Clerk The minutes of February 13th, 1913 were read and approved. It wos moved by Templin seconded by Robinson that the Bid on the Improvement of Eleventh Street be referred to the Board as a P, Committee of the Ghole, notion carried. It was moved by Templin seconded by Barnes that Supt. Hernphrey-•- t be insi:ructed to put in braces to protect the water main on Pas- adena Avenue. Motion carried. A communication vi -.s rend from the 71estinghouse Electric and WC. Co, requesting that a change be made in their contract vrith this City for the purchase of three transformers. It was moved by Barnes seconded by Case -that- tkW request of the 7lestinghouse Else. & Mfg. Co, in their -communication of 7��4 VT to make certain changes in the contract for the purchase of three Transformers be referred to James E. Barker, Consulting Elect.ric3 Fm(gineer with Power to act, .-nd if such request is approved by him thiit the President and the Clerk be instructed to endorse modi- fications on the OriCina.l Contract filed with the City and fur- nish memorandum of same to said Company. Barker to represent the City of Azusa and other municipalities in 'lie IIearing before the Railroad Commission on the application of the Southern Counties Gas Company to fix rates for Cas.
