A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA DENYING A REQUEST FOR A CHANGE OF ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The application of Manuela M. Carrillo for
change of zone to R-3 upon property owned by her and constituting
the northerly one-half of Lot 13 and Lot 14 of Mountain View
Extension Tract, City of Azusa, located at 133 North Dalton Avenue,
having been duly filed and heard by the Planning Commission after
proper notice, the Planning Commission having made its recommenda-
tions to grant the same, and the same having been heard by the City
Council after due notice, the City Council finds that the public
welfare does not require that said application for zone change be
granted.
SECTION 2. Said application for change of zone to R-3
on said property owned by applicant is hereby disapproved and denied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to said
applicant.
Adopted and approved this 21st day of November , 1960.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 21st day of November , 1960, by the following
vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Paul, McLees, Johnson, Teasley, Ortuno
NOES: Councilmen: None
