RESOLUTION NO. 4034
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain Grant Deed
executed by Joanne Cummings Prough, under date of April 11, 1960, grant-
ing to the City of Azusa the property therein particularly described,
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as Lot 14
of the Maybelle M. P. Platts Pasadena Tract in said City.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the said Grant Deed and a certified copy of this resolution
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 18th day of April , 1960.
