Present at roll call :carnes, Robinson, Templin: Bierbower,Case City Attorney and City Clerk The minutes of April 15th, 22nd and 23rd. 1914 were read and approved. W 6*0 It was moved by Barnes seconded by Templin that P. Hxaft and MRs. G. W. Ellington be rented 5 and 26 shares of Azusa Agricultuaa1 Water Stock belonging to the City of Azusa for thG sum of $2.50m per share, payable in advance,.together With payment to said Azuqa Agricultural Water Co. of all its eharges for running same and sub- ject to the terms of Ordinance No. 186 of the City of Azusa and including the right of the City to cancel the rentedf such shares in case of a shortage of the domestic water_suiply for said City.
