HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 41680 0 RESOLUTION NO. 4168 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2644. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 2644 authorizing the placing of stop signs on Pasadena Avenue and San Gabriel Avenue at their respective intersections with the Santa Fe Railroad tracks, is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send a certified copy of this resolution together with a copy of said Resolution No. 2644 to the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California together with a letter requesting that the Public Utilities Commission approve this resolution. This resolution shall be effective when so approved. SECTION 3. Upon this resolution taking effect, the Chief of Police shall remove the stop signs on Pasadena Avenue and San Gabriel Avenue at their respective intersections with the Santa Fe Railroad tracks. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. Adopted and approved this 17th day of April , 1961.
