The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at 7:30 P.M
Present at roll`call. Barned, Robinson, Templin, Bierbower
Case and City Clerk
It was moved by Bierbotiver seconded by Robinson that the
meeting adjourn until Tuesday June 18th, 1918 at 7:30 P.M.
Motion carried.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in regular
adjourned session at 7:30 P.M.
Present at roll' call Barnes, Robinson, Bierbolver, Templin,
Case, City Attorneys and City Clerk
The minutes of June 3rd and June 17th, 1918 were read and
appravdd.
It was moved by Barnes seconded by Bierbower that the Board,
U�^�"• acting as a committee of the whole, in conjunction with the
p� City Attorney,be authorized to arrange for a joint survey of
�L✓ the Old Reservoir Site with an engineer satisfactory to`,the:=e
City of Azusa -and the Azusa Foothill Assn.

It was moved by Barnes seconded by Templin that the City of
Azusa notify the U.S. Forestry Service th$t the City of Azusa
will pay "a man, to be designated by the City, at the rate of *$
$4.00 per day for special patrol work in the San Gabriel Canyon
on Sundays and Holidays, comencing July 4th, 1918 and continueing
during the su:mner until further notice.

following bills be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasurer
for the same.
