HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 4147RESOLUTION NO.4147 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: That certain Grant of Easement executed by Burton F. Almond and Helen F. Almond under date of 3rd day of January , lrbl granting to the City of Azusa, a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to construct, use, maintain or remove in, on and over the real property hereinafter described ; situate in the City of Azusa, Los Angeles County ,California, and electric line consisting of poles, etc. for conveying electric energy to be used for light, heat, power and/or other purposes. Said real property is described as follows: As per attached: Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the some to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
