HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 4132RESOLUTION NO. 4132 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF AZUSA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3599 THE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY. • THE CITY OF RELATING TO The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. Effective as of July 1, 1960, Section 2 of Resolution No. 3599, adopted April 15, 1957, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 2. That said appointee shall receive as compen- sation a salary to be fixed by resolution of the City Council; provided, however, that for services rendered by the City Attorney outside the County of Los Angeles and for services rendered in the preparation of municipal bond issues, and for services rendered in actions in court, appearances and hearings before administrative boards, and in hearings before any of the boards or commissions of the State or County, or for proceedings initiated or undertaken under improvement acts, or other major services not included in his usual duties, the City Attorney shall be paid, in addition to the foregoing salary, such compensation as shall be commensurate with the services rendered." SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall deliver a certified copy thereof to Harry C. Williams. Adopted and approved this 3rd day of January, 1961.
