RESOLUTION NO. 4129

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA DESCRIBING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE CONSOLIDATED
COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT WHICH HAVE BEEN
INCLUDED WITHIN THE CITY OF AZUSA AND DECLARING THE
SAME WITHDRAWN FROM SAID DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine and
declare that all those portions of the Consolidated County Fire Protection
District included within the following described annexations have been
and are included within the City of Azusa by reason of said respective
annexations, to -wit:
Southerly Annexation District No. 37, Revised, effective
May 24, 1960
Easterly Annexation District No. 38, effective August
19, 1960
Northerly Annexation District No. 36, Revised, effective
December 23, 1960.
SECTION 2. All those portions of the Consolidated County
Fire Protection District included within the said annexations to the City
of Azusa are hereby declared withdrawn from said Consolidated County Fire
Protection District effective as of January 31, 1961.
SECTION 3• The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall, before February 1, 1961, file certified copies
thereof with the State Board of Equalization, the governing body of said
Fire Protection District, the County Clerk, the Registrar of Voters and
the County Assessor of the County of Los Angeles.
Adopted and approved this 3rd day of January, 1961.
