RESOLUTION N0. 4256
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA DESIGNATING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE THE
ANNUAL STREET REPORT WITH THE STATE CONTROLLER.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa
does hereby designate the City Clerk of said City to prepare and
file with the State Controller each year the Annual Street Report
required by Section 2151 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to
the State Controller.
Adopted and approved this 6th day of November, 1961.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 6th day of November, 1961, by
the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Paul, Teasley, Ortuno
NOES: Councilmen: Johnson
ABSENT: Councilmen: McLees
