RESOLUTION NO. 4241
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
That certain Grant of Easement executed by B. K. Bettelheim,
Elizabeth Costello and Arthur Menke,
under date of 27 day of September ,19 61 ,granting to the City of Azusa,
a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns,
the right to construct, use, maintain or remove in, on and over the real property hereinafter
described, situate in the City of Azusa, Los Angeles County ,California, and electric line
consisting of poles, etc. for conveying electric energy to be used for light, heat, power
