HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 4326RESOLUTION N0. 4326 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA FINDING AND DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST EASTERLY ANNEXA- TION DISTRICT NO. 44. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby find and declare that on February 19, 1962, Resolution No. 4302 was duly adopted by the City Council initiating proceedings for the annexation to the City of Azusa of certain uninhabited territory therein described and fixing the 2nd day of April, 1962, as the date for the hearing thereon; that proper notice of the said proceedings and said hearing was duly given and published; that said hearing was duly held on April 2, 1962; that a majority protest was not made or presented against said proposed annexation; and that ten days have not elapsed after the said hearing. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
