HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 4413RESOLUTION N0. 4413 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4131 RELATING*TO THE PERSONNEL OF THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That portion of Section.l of Resolution No. 4131, adopted January 3, 1961, as amended, under the heading of Engineering Department is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following: It 1 Civil Engineering Associate 27" and by adding in the place thereof the following: It 1 Assistant City Engineer 29° SECTION 2. Section 2 of said Resolution No. 4131 is hereby amended by deleting from the classification schedules attached thereto the classification schedule for Civil Engineering Associate and by adding thereto the classification schedule for Assistant City Engineer which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A. and made a part hereof, SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. Adopted and approved this 19th day of -November , 1962. Acts as City Engineer in absence of City Engineer. Typical Tasks Supervises and participates in field and office work associated with the us I diversified City Engineering tasb including planning, design and construction of water, street, sewer, building and site im- provements. Prepared reports, bid documents and studies. Employment Standards Any combination of training and experience equivalent to graduation from college with major work in Civil Engineering and extensive exper- ience in Civil Engineering Including at least one year in a supervisory capacity. Registration as Civil Engineer in California. Knowledge and experience in the broad field of municipal engineering with particular ability to produce remits with minimum supervision. Ability to work harmoniously with other agencies, other personnel and the public. 4�'-4- "A
