HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 4385RESOLUTION NO. 4385 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4131 RELATING TO POSITIONS AND SALARIES IN THE CITY EMPLOYMENT. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. Effective July 1, 1962, Section 1 of Resolution No. 4131, adopted January 3, 1961, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1. The first paragraph of Section 3 of said Resolution No. 4131 is hereby amended to read as follows: "The basic salary schedule set forth in 'Exhibit At attached hereto is hereby adopted and made a part of this resolution." SECTION 3. Effective July 1, 1962, that certain instrument attached hereto and marked "Exhibit All is hereby substituted for that certain instrument marked "qbchibit A" and attached to said Resolution No. 4131, and all references to "qbchibit All in said resolution shall be deemed to refer to the instrument marked Exhibit A and attached hereto. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
