Home My WebLink AboutResolution No. 4377r 4' y6o13 RESOLUTION NO. 4377 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That certain Grant of Easement executed by Investors Savings and Loan Association under date of 2ndiay of July 19 6%granting to the CITY OFAZUSA,a Municipal' Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to construct, use, maintain or remove in, on and over, the real property here- inafter described, situate in the City of Azusa, Los Angeles County, State of Cali- fornia, an a ectric line consisting of poles, etc., for the conveying of electric energy to be used for light, heat, power and/or other purposes. Said real property is described as follows: A strip of land, 12 feet in width, lying within Tract Number 26013, as per map recorded in Book 673, Pages 31 to 33, inclusive; of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said Los Angeles County. Said real property is further described as per attached copy. Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County, SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
