HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 4465• A RESOLUTION AZUSA DENYING (Mosqueda) 0 RESOLUTION NO. 4465 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The application of Carmen Mosqueda for a variance for a retail grocery store on property owned by applicant and located at 319 North Soldano Avenue, having been duly filed and heard by the Planning Commission after proper notice, the Planning Commission having denied the same, and the same having been appealed to and heard by the City Council after due notice, the City Council finds that the public welfare does not require that said application for a variance be granted and that sufficient grounds therefor have not been established. SECTION 2. Said application for a variance for a retail grocery store on said property owned by applicant is hereby disapproved and denied. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to said applicant. Adopted and approved this 1st day of April, 1963. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 1st day of April, 1963, by the following vote of the Council: AYES: Councilmen: Memmesheimer, Cooney, McLees, Ortuno NOES: Councilmen: None ABSENT:Councilmen: Jackson
