A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 27346 ,
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS THEREIN OFFERED, AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SUBDIVIDER AND
THE ACCEPTANCE OF A SURETY BOND.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the owners and subdividers thereof,
a final subdivision map of Tract No. 27346 including plans and profile sheets which have
been approved by the Planning Commission and by the City Engineer, and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a proposed agreement by
R. McCruden, et al for the construction of certain improvements

WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety bond for the faithful per-
formance of the terms and conditions of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
That the final subdivision map of Tract No. 27346 submitted to this meeting
including the plans and profile sheets, and drawings numb=_5 ,D-6-1,2,3 01 D-7-1,2 1
314t , submitted therewith, be and the same is hereby approved;
That the dedications therein offered be and the some are hereby accepted for public use,
subject to any restrictions to be filed and recorded therewith; and that the proper officers of the
City of Azusa be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said Map and plans
and profile sheets on behalf of the City;
That the proposed agreement by John R. McCruden, et al in the form
submitted to this meeting be accepted and that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to file the some;
That the surety bond presented for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of
said agreement with United Pacific Insurance Co. as surety in the sum of $75,000.00
be and the some hereby is accepted;
etc.?
That a cash deposit for engineering and inspection fees/in the sum of $
be and the same hereby is accepted; and
That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the
City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day of February, 19 63 ,
by the following vote of the Council:
