A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN DEED AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Deed executed by the Los Angeles County Flood Control District
under date of 15th day of October 1963, conveying to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal Corpo-
ration in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the following:
1. Quitclaim all its right, title and interest In and to the real property in the City of
Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the southwest one-quarter of Section 2, T. i S., R. 10 W.,
S.B.M., described as "Parcel No. 629", in a Final Order of Condemnation had
in Superior Court Case No. 719719, a certified copy of which is recorded in Book
D962, page 925, of Official Records, in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
2. An easement for public road and bridge purposes in, over and across the real property in
the Ciy of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the westerly 20 feet of the easterly 40 feet of said southwest
one-quarter, described as "Parcel No. 411 ", in a Final Order of Condemnation
had in Superior Court Case No. 714455, a certified copy of which is recorded in
Book D1022, page 358, of said Official Records.
Said Deed is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk Is hereby authorized and directed to cause
the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of sold County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 4th day of November , 19 6--L.
