A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
Kenneth J. Swisher and Marjorie H. Swisher, husband and wife as joint tenants, as to
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed byhn undivided 1/2 interest, Nicholas
M. Evasovic, a married man, as to an undivided 1/2 interest
under date of 14th day of January 1963 , granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to -perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes.

OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
A portion of Lot 1 of the Azusa Foothill Citrus Company Tract as recorded In Book 5, Page 30
of Maps, In the office of the County Recorder, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
The South 10 feet of the North 40 feet of the westerly 80.00 feet of said Lot 1.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 4th day of November 19 63 .
