A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest and title conveyed by that
certain Grant Deed executed by CITRUS GARDENS, a limited partnership,
under date of June 6, 1963 , granting to the City of Azusa
the property therein particularly described is hereby accepted.
Said property is generally described as follows.
An Easement for public street and highway purposes, to be known
as Calera Avenue, over and across the easterly 29 feet of the
westerly .30 feet of the following described real property in
the City of Azusa, County of Los Angbles, State of California:
Being a portion of the southwest quarter of
Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Meridian,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said Grant Deed and said Certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this - 16th day of September ,
1963.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of September ,
1963,o by the following vote of the Count 1:
